My role as Digital Project Manager was to manage release updates to the primary Website, SprintPCS.com, and to act as a liaison between the eBusiness team and the IT & marketing teams. I was solely responsible for the optimization, and releases of the site for a period of three months. During this period, I facilitated the creation of an informal, cross-functional team in order to support the site. I successfully partnered with team members from departments when leadership was unable to do so due to conflicting objectives at executive levels.

My partnership with Marketing allowed the site to consistently be prepared for new television and print marketing campaigns. I assisted IT team members in their own initiatives in return for collaboration on improving site maintenance through access to tools withheld from my department. This led to a 300% increase in productivity.

User Testing UX/UI Designs

Utilized moderated in-person user testing to analyze new UX/UI designs while integrating SprintPCS.com with the rest of Sprint's ecosystem of Websites during the One Sprint initiative. I assisted new project management resources in the definition of requirements for this project.
